The Bandstand and Bude Light
Based at The Castle Heritage Centre on the beautiful lawns and grounds, is the wonderful Bandstand. Situated next to The Wharf and adjacent to Bude Canal and Summerleaze Beach, this fabulous setting is perfect to sit back and relax to hear the talented voices of our musicians.
This community provision is also the perfect backdrop to use as a local musician or performer. This can be hired or used ‘free of charge’ to help promote your talents by booking slots from April to October each year. As well as community use, this also serves to be used for a wealth of events throughout the year.
It’s under cover structure has access to electric and has road access to help you load and unload your equipment.

Booking the space
Once you have checked the availability of the online calendar on the What’s On page, you can complete a booking form and send to KTaylor@bude-stratton.gov.uk to book your space.
Please ensure that you read through the terms and conditions on the form and your space will be confirmed with an email.
